Messed up my back twice in the passed year, with the last time a charm. Slipped disk with pinched nerve. I didn't know pain could feel so bad.
I'm on PT and the doc set up a nerve block for me. I say bring it on so I can get on with my life.

I say to the younger of us, mind your back, because, there is a certain age where it will come back to bite ya............

I've been fighting with this my entire life. Keep those supporting lower muscles strong and the gut small. During my last PT several years ago, my doctor said, don't worry it'll eventually go away when the disc desolve with age anyway. How encouraging...:uhohh:
