While the weather was very drunk out last night, we didn't have any fireworks injuries, thanks to a fire ban (reasonable, given that half the state is already on fire...).
My favorite 4th story....
Guys are partying and setting off fireworks. Naturally, along with the beer, they're smoking (bad choices do seem to run in groups). And using their cigarettes to light the fireworks. One drunken clown is tossing firecrackers around. I think it was inevitable that eventually he lit the firecracker, threw his cigarette, and stuck the firecracker in his mouth.
It was messy.
Fireworks are cool. They're fun. But I will never understand why some people seem to think that alcohol and explosives are a good combination.

Judo looked more like a BJJ hall tonight... It was me (only judo bb), two gracie bb's, and a gracie purple belt.... Needless to say they handed me my breakfast,lunch, and dinner.... But I left happy
