This year is not a great year for me and just got informed that my next degree in Kenpo is being pencilled in for next year, should be excited, but in all honesty I'm not sure I have spent enough time out of class on my own stuff to be ready for it or if I actually even deserve it. Time to throw myself into practice with a vengence.

Did 6 laps at the Y and since it has been hurting my knees to kick I did not use my legs....DAMN that was hard....but at least my knees are not bothering me

In class this week got some tae kwon doe people visiting from Ontario for a week, and I'm housing 2 of them for the time spent
