When is it too hot to train?

Haha! 86 degrees? I just finished a workout in 100 degree weather, well, that's normal for me actually. I agree with @JR 137 - acclimation.

it was a100 in some places, but we can never acclimate, three days later and its pouring with rain and about 55' I'm sat here with my winter fleece on,

lol. I'm a fanatic at times. If it's raining, I'll take it as a way to cool off while training. Flawed craziness? I suppose lol.

Which makes the point more pertinent. If an entire Scottish isle is spontaneously combusts, it's probably too hot.
