I say that, but I'm kidding. Heavy exercise after any significant diving is discouraged. It can increase your risks of getting bent. I limit my beach exercise to stretching and such.

And we could always spar on the day of arrival... we land at lunch time, but don't plan to start diving till the next day. Maybe a shore dive the first evening...
