Agreed.
Ugh.... Hate when my guitarist smokes at the endband practice. Can't complain too much because he does wait till we are through. Plus it's his house and he has truckloads of gear that I don't have...but I can't stand how I feel when I leave there.
There ya go! That or bonk him on the head so he gets a headache and knows how it feels...

Second hand smoke is not a pleasent thing, I have never smoked but when I visit my parents I come away feeling a little ill as they both smoke, although in their defense they only smoke outside and refuse to smoke in their house so it isn't that bad.
Training went well last night, although due to a heavy kick my ribs are killing me today, hopefully just bruising and nothing more serious, oh well.
