This has been a week for freaky cases.

Had one with a non-traumatic ruptured diaphragm. I've seen one other ruptured diaphragm, ever, and never even read about a non-traumatic rupture.

Another guy with a 7 centimeter aneurysm on his circumflex. That's one of the coronary arteries. Not only are coronary artery aneurysms extremely rare, how the HELL does one get to 7 freaking centimeters?????

Pushed too hard on the potty.

I have no clue it just sounded good. I once saw a guy that exploded the artery in his neck from pushing to hard. Not only did it blow the artery but blew through the skin. We first thought he was shot in the neck. So that's now my answer to all medical questions pushed too hard

Surprisingly nice here today but I noticed something, if it is not raining and we are not under a flood warning or a flash flood watch like we were today...it is 1,000,000 freakin' degrees.

But today it started out raining with the required flood watch/warning but it got nice later in the day..... my world does not make sense anymore :D

rain for the rest of the way....might need to build a dock in the back yard...and we are on a hill!

We had a similar day weather-wise, Xue :D. Startled awake by an awesome thunderstorm at 5:30 this morning ... torrents of rain ... roads become rivers etc ... then the clouds went away after lunch and 1 trillion degrees with infinite humidity came to visit .

Note: some units of measurement may have been spindled in this post .

IT has been much the same here but you guys were hotter, we were only at 1 million degrees with infinite humidity :D

But today it is nice.....high 70s (F) to low 80s...no rain and little humidity........ ok now In scared :anic:

Great weather here in Vegas. That is if you like 90 degrees with no or little humidity which basically in the Midwest is like a perfect 80 degree day. However, those of us who love summer heat out here are a little ticked off. I mean I pay good money to live out here and I want my 100 degree plus summer heat. At my age that temperature makes any aches and pains go away and I feel like I am twenty! So please bring on the heat!!! :( (just not above 110. Thank you)
