There is a place in Memphis that deep fry burgers on the same cast iron pot and cooking oil for like 70 years all they do is add more oil as it gets low. I wanna try that place they made the top ten burger places in the country on some show I was watching.
One of the best burgers I can remember ever having was a USO burger at Camp Schwab on Okinawa I just remember coming back from field exercises and going to the USO and tearing that thing up
