Where do you train at? Are you ITF or WTF?
What is your instructor name?
Are you going to any National this year?
Do you compete for the Colligate level?

Just curious since I am a TKD guys as well.

KOR-AM TKD (WTF) Minnesota - USA
Master Lindeberg, Grandmaster Hur

I compete - not collegiate, but maybe nationals next year!!:)

I'm about to go yell at someone. Ah, provide motivation, rather.

And then I'm going to go find an iced coffee because it's too hot for hot coffee.

This place is crowed, must be the place to be. "the in crowd".

Lets do the BUMP..........

On another note...one week from tomorrow is my final taekwondo session as an instructor in my current dojang. Both happy and sad, it's been fun but I have to move on and go back to learning. I'm only a second dan, lots left to go.

that's terrific! all the best on your decision and continued journey!:)

Thanks KS. How's Keumgang coming along? For us, Koryo is the form you learn when you get 1st Dan and Taegeuk forms start at yellow belt. I like keumgang, mostly because one of my old instructors loved it and performed it a lot. When I did keumgang the other day for a few old TKD friends, they told me I reminded them of him, that was the best thing I'd heard all week. I can remember looking up to him when he was exactly where I am right now.

kumgang is going ok - I've got the steps down, but the crane stance gives me trouble (balance) and I am really working hard to get better!! Yeah, our school starts 1st Dan with Keumgang, but most schools around me do koryo - which is cool because I can still do that at tournaments because as a 1st, they expect me to...but improvement is my constant goal :)

Good evening KS, good evening all :)

The crane stance comes back into pyongwon when you use the block, then a small hinge, and a front leg sidekick all before putting your foot down. Balance doesn't get any easier but practicing keumgang will help. I tore all the skin off my feet training Pyongwon on Monday.

Good night Kris! Hi Ethan!

Weather has been OK, we had some awesome thunderstorms!

Been ridiculously hot up here. Had a forest fire a few weeks ago. Nothing major. I like the heat, easier on my bad knee.
