Intestinal bug got you down Dirty Dog? That stuff was spreading like wild fire around my neck of the woods last month. Fortunately, I did not get it, but at the majority of my school had it at one point or another in the past 5 weeks.. .

Oh yeah. Exposure to every single bug that goes around is a job requirement. When someone new starts in the ER, it's safe to assume they're going to be sick quite often for the first year. By that time, they've either left, or developed an immune system that will attack rottwiellers and chase squirrels.
But you do still occassoinally catch one. :(

Okay. You could moon Challengers all you want. Real life, you still don't loose 4-1. SABOT!!!

You do when the AI panics and has 2 of your crews abandon their nice safe tanks for a 100 yard dash through a marsh under heavy machine gun fine.

Still wish it'd let me put some Abrams against some WW2 King Tigers. :)

Good morning, Benjamin.

And, anyone else who happens to venture by............

That would be a fun! Unfortunately, not much more challenging than a turkey hoot. Unless, of course, they decide to get out of their tanks and run again.

Me too good morning LPT guess and those that have decided to be part of the big picture.

How did your class go, beside being boring?

Survived. I learned my lesson.. . Don't procrastinate on your continuing ed, or you'll get stuck with a mind numbing seminar. It wouldn't've been so bad if I'd actually learned something, but it was merely a re-hashing of material I learned in school.

BBL, off for a run in the woods in this near 80 degree weather in Appalachia in MARCH! I cringe to think what this summer is going to be like.. .

"One day at a time".
I think I remember a song with this title.......

I think I qualify as anyone since my name isn't Benjamin. So, good morning. :)
Don, new comers are always welcome, even through you did start MT 2 yrs before me. I guess you could be a new old comer.

Good morning, Don (Gemini)...............

Tried switching to the Chinese, this time Steel Panthers III. Brigade level fun. 1 brigade heavy T90's, 2 company's light tanks, 3 companys infantry + support vs 1 company Abrams, 2 mech-inf dug in on hill tops. AI noticed the mine fields and dragons teeth, but didn't care. It was like a solid wall of enemy tanks, blow 1 up, 3 more took it's place. Bradleys brewed up quick, my forward line held and held then disolved, and it became a rout.

Interesting things to note were that the Abrams would take out 3-4 enemy tanks before they'd go out.
Bradleys inflicted heavy damage on the light tanks and mech infantry but once the heavys got their range went quick.
Chinese infantry would pop smoke then run like hell to the rear and make a farting noise when they did. Was funny.

Entertaining that these old games are still fun today, and that the dated graphics (1992-7 DOS) still are decent.

Back from my run in the woods.. . First time out this season at the local nature preserve. 42x crossing a stream or creek and 1 very large fallen oak tree on a 5k run. Way more fun than running on the side walk here in town!
