I was being facetious. Dolphins are, on rare occasions, seen off Cozumel. Hammerheads, however, prefer deep water with strong currents. Best places to see them are Cocos Island off Costa Rica (a 30 hour boat ride off Costa Rica...) or the back wall of Molokini in Hawaii (which means doing a "hot drop" because of the currents, and being able to get back in a boat with 6-foot seas).
