I'm working out as often as possible right now, which at this time isn't often enough. Things should get better.

I went on the MuscleTech suppliments and went to the gym..The results were amazing...At 40 I was in the best shape of my life...So much for that maggot filled P.E. teacher you use to say the shape you had at 18 you would keep fo life..

Maybe I'll look into something like that, cause at 49 I'm finding that nothing I do helps much ... LOL ... of course if I wasn't doing anything, imagine what might be.

iv tried lots of supplements and not many things work. ive found that pure creatine, protien and NO2 and a good diet are the best things for me, but as you know everyone is different

Well, for a long time now, I've been wanting to clear out my dining room area and make it into a small gym. Maybe a Bowflex and Tread Climber, something like that.

If I had the space and could afford ONE piece of equipment it would be a Bowflex...

I recommend the total gym. very compact and very effective. perfect for MA'ist since its more prone to give you a lean body than a bulky one

Great looking site and good prices..I had great results with MusclesTech's Hydoxycut, Acetebolen, and Creatine..
Hydroxycut is a good one.

I recommend a good supplement course with a CLA, BCAA, creatine and Protien. You can get all that for about 70 buck for a good amount of it

I already gots me one of those, didn't like it too much ... not exactly sure why.
interesting! I love mine. Now I live in a one bedroom apartment and dont have a lot of extra space to stretch it out. So i joined a GYM, its open 24/7 so Im not complaining

Maybe it's not the equipment, maybe it's that I don't like to sweat ... LOL
