Very cool. I was suppose to be in training today, but they cancelled. Wondering if I should ride this one out, so I can take a bit of a break from the second job.
i need it. Ive been getting lazy and fatter and i need to get back at it. once the new year hit im going to supercharge my workout and diet once and for all.

I hear ya on that..Been sitting on my butt since I got injuried...Hopefully I will be able to start working out real soon..
at least you have a good excuse thought. other than some tweaks in my knee ocasionally im perfecty healthy and im still warming my backside on the couch

Dude, say it isnt so...When I messed up my knee last year I was still able to workout...I have the CaneMasters execise system that can be done seated or standing plus I did crunches everyday...

i know. But im tired ive being low on energy and motivatef to do nothing. so im going to work out tonight and 5 times a week from now on, maybe have some 2 a days. I want to get down to a solid 225 (+/- 5lbs)

The best of luck to you...What an intense program..In my younger days I was able to to the 1 on 2 off system..Go real animal and have 2 days to recover...It worked...
