I find that hot and sour soup does wonders for a cold.

Well I had a good time at the intensive I taught on Pressure Nerve Points today.
Then I came home and watched Michigan State win a game on the road against the Buckeyes. While the wife watched she also cooked egg curry which is simply divine!!!
