I will, hope it's in time to practice for the demo Friday ... LOL ... I tried the form yesterday and it was horrible.
Well the last time you told me it was not going to be that good you was here for the meet and greet and you did just fine. You horrible is like alot of folk good days.
Just finished a dinner of an over-sized ice cream sundae...

Oh my ... I could be in some trouble then.
Did I mention Zachary will be working out with the AAU Junior National team next weekend here in the Dallas area. He was ask to come and train with them and I get to help mainly because he is my sone and I am his instructor but it is all good. I will have alot of pics.
