Man, the MartialTalk Ultimate Post Whore Extreme hasn't been able to post much more than one in passing lately. Haven't seen much of him.

I have been so bust Teachig elementary school, coaching boys and girls basketball for both Junior High and Highschool plus running my Martial art school. Sorry if I have been a little busy. I promise to be back as soon as I can.

How did that go?
well the doctor said that it appears (from the outside) to not be a tear or strain since i have no exterior swelling. she did say that the tendon that stretches across the front of the knee cap is swollen and gritting indicating tendinitis, also i have a condition where the cartilage behind my knee cap is not smooth and repeated motions where my knee goes past 90 degree causes it to flair up and unfortunately surgery can not fix it. Also i had blood work done to rule out RA. so thats all i know for know
