back from the doctor
B
well the doctor said that it appears (from the outside) to not be a tear or strain since i have no exterior swelling. she did say that the tendon that stretches across the front of the knee cap is swollen and gritting indicating tendinitis, also i have a condition where the cartilage behind my knee cap is not smooth and repeated motions where my knee goes past 90 degree causes it to flair up and unfortunately surgery can not fix it. Also i had blood work done to rule out RA. so thats all i know for knowHow did that go?
