Liquor stores here are fighting a move to let them open on Sundays...

I wonder why...

They think they won't sell more overall--the same people will come in, just at different times, so they'll just end up with higher labor costs--but that the Wal-Marts etc. will reap real financial benefits from it. They think it's a move to force them out.
