Tell me something good...

I taking a friend to lunch today. She just arrived on a cruise ship. Part of which (four hundred people) is an Elvis Presley thingy.
She was one of his back up singers in all of his movies.

She’s even older than me. A black belt and she still trains.
Is there anyone you DON'T know :D

I know her from Billy Blanks dojo in L.A. We work on writing projects together.

She’s 82 now and still working as a stuntwoman. Obviously only stunting for old women. She’s been a stuntwoman for almost sixty years. One of the sweetest, mellowest people I’ve ever met.

That’s really nice. Always good to reconnect with old friends.

A few years back, my wife and I renewed our vows at the original Elvis chapel in Vegas. 30th anniversary.

That’s pretty sweet, Steve. That warms my heart.

My dad took me out for lunch. Then we went to the comic shop. I picked some stuff up. The owner gave me a 15% discount on one of the things they ordered for me. This weekend I'm heading south to southern maine, gonna spend some time with my brother and sister in law. I'm excited. We are gonna go to Portland maine area too.

I had Xiaolongbao and Jaozi for lunch....that is one great lunch IMO
Man I'm illiterate when it comes to the names of Chinese food. I call stuff "pork bun" or "dumplings" because I don't know the Chinese name of these things. Also even if I saw it in writing I wouldn't be able to pronounce it.

Well if it’s Cantonese, the mandarin speakers will call that the devil tongue.
Is Cantonese mostly only spoken in Hong Kong? I'd like to learn either mandarin or cantonese, but I'm not sure which would be better for me to learn. I want to visit all over China one day. Places like Hong Kong, mainland,Taiwan, Singapore etc

I really like the Portland area. Used to go there a lot, it had some really cool restaurants.

I ratted out one of my best friends. To his personal trainer. My friend told me his blood pressure was 190 over 120. I told him to get medical help ASAP.

He said no, he feels fine. I had to join instagram to reach his trainer. Being computer illiterate, it took me hours, but I finally got through. Dropped a dime on him.

He’s going to a doctor tomorrow. And when I see him I’m going to kick his Trust Fund ***
all over his house.

I’m so happy!

Just came back from my 3 miles beach walking with MA training (this takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes). I always start with warm up, stretching, 60 push up, 60 sit up (this take another 30 minutes). This has been my daily routine for battery charging.

I always start with my 10 punches combo:

- right jab,
- left cross,
- right hook,
- left hook,
- right uppercut,
- left uppercut,
- right overhand,
- right back fist,
- left overhand,
- left back fist.

20 reps are my favor number. That make 200 punches just for 1 drill (I have many drills).

Which MA style am I training? I'm not training any MA style at all.
