By the way, if anybody is interested it took me (just short of a few months) almost 5 years to achieve this level.

It took me 23 years to go from 1st dan to second dan, and that's because I was oof tkd almost 12years.

I become 1sta Dan in 1987, I cut tkd training in 1992 I guess here you have 4 years.
I reetok TKD training in 2007 and become a 2dan on 2010 that's 3 years.

So efectively I was 1st dan for 7 years.
