Ninjas in Dragon Ball Z?

So, why is it that you don't see Super Seiyans battling against Ninjas? Is it because they're terrified of The Ultimate Martial Art? Just curious..... Personally, I think the Ninja would win but that's only because I'm Old School and still believe that "Only a Ninja can kill a Ninja".

Any thoughts?
