I’ve been teaching over ten years now and I’ve never been qualified. Just get on the bike.
taught for my first Shifu, use to assist my Yang Shifu in teaching, taught at my wife's office and even taught at the YMCA.... all taijiquan...... was given permission to start a training group in Xingyiquan at one point too... but it has been a long time.....

It's weird, I grew up in New England, Massachusetts, left there about 40 years ago. I was never that big into watching sports on TV, but given a chance I would go to the Garden or Fenway. Have not paid any attention at all to any team in 40 years...now that I am fairly certain I am going to retire to New England..... every time I see an NHL game on TV, and the Bruins are playing, I have to watch.

Happy Easter MT
It was Easter? I guess I totally missed it. Drove down to Phoenix for a few weeks for some R&R. The weather was spectacular.

Went out and held a sign today for a few hours, as well. I can't say tell you what the sign said, but it was very heartening to see so many people out and about, and the support from so many people in my semi-rural community.

In other news, I've been been enjoying spending time working on cataloguing my local cemeteries for a genealogical website. I think I've read literally 5,000 death certificates over the last few months. I read a death certificate from 1958 today. The poor person died in an accident. Cause of death was a fractured skull and "cerebral maceration and hemorrhage." Very sad. But the phrasing from the coroner was darkly funny. Under "Describe how the injury occurred" he wrote "Said to have fallen down a flight of stairs." Something about the "Said to have" that reads like air quotes to me.

Anyway, hope everyone is doing okay. I'm going out to a save social security rally in Tacoma on Tuesday outside the SSA office there, if anyone wants to join me. :)

It's Easter today.... and I'm married to a Chinese woman, and the kids are all grown and out of the house, so Easter is just another day in my house....just was in an uncharacteristically nice mood and wanted say Happy Ester to the folks on MT
