Got up early for the saturday morning class, figuring i could go to distract myself. Feeling even sicker and not going to subject my classmates to that while grappling. Guess its back to sleep for me

While exercise, and the distraction and endorphins it provides are wonderful, sometimes, your body decides to react to stress and grief differently. Nothing wrong with that. You are not lazy. There is nothing wrong with not bouncing back like a little ball - you are a human being. Allow yourself some time.

I managed to injure my right biceps this week. Can't even safely reach out quickly. So, very little I can do in the way of exercise or training right now.

It was like 40F yesterday. I had to wear long pants!
