The night before my daughters wedding, I had a 20 oz prime rib, covered in sauteed garlic mushrooms. I almost got religion...

I don't generally eat beef, but yesterday I had some Beef hé fěn and although it was not a religious experience, nor was it ecstasy educing...it was quite good
