Still a little miffed: Several months (by now) I lost my cool and made a mistake.
Fine, I stand by my actions, deal with the fallout.

However, I was never given the chance to even attempt to fix the problem, nor to apologize to the involved parties.
Yet, my friend is apparently still mad at me that I screwed up.
I mean, all nice and dandy, but I can't go back in time, nor can I make impossible promises, like a guarantee to never make mistakes again.
A little sad about this (and the damn bird not doing well does not help)

Thanks. The little buddy is hanging in, still.
Whenever I think he has punched his ticket, he is on the perch. Go figure....

I have forgiven myself.
And I practically moved on.
But apparently that is not good enough. I am not sure what I am supposed to do, short of acting like the last 3 years did not happen.

I had contacted my friend, in order to make sure her behind was covered in a legal way ( big national organization involved on the tangent) and she got really mad at me.
As if what happened to me could not happen to her....

I am puzzled.
But - aside from feeling a little sad - am good with it.

I mean, I had plenty of help, but I am the bad guy.

But I guess I made my friend a lot madder than she admits to.

Well that is Ironic..... if I took the cats my youngest would have an allergic reaction...so

What my younger sister likes about these new singers or any of their music I dont know. But frankly I cant stand it; I am 2 seconds from driving my foot through that radio

Luckily snowball is at mom's home probably sleeping

I think if she was with us the police would arrest someone for animal cruelty.
