went and saw the people at cheshire martial arts centre today

really pleased with the set up and the way the guys work and train so am looking forward to going there really soon

training is 2hours tuesday evening, 2 hours thursday evening and a 1 hour pad class on a friday evening can i really take 5 hours of fight time oh and the best bit --- that i can't go to cos of work --- is that there is a 2 hour combat exercise class on a saturday morning for those that can take it lol

will have an hour or so practice later on when i take jake for his walkies but the weather is shocking again

got a chicken out of the depths of my freezer for lunch - i'm having a semi healthy day too today lol

I was actually guessing it was a nurse shark, but I was not 100% sure.

Well I'm going outside to work in the yard...where I can happily say...there is a complete lack of sharks

prepping for tonights muay thai session - it's with a different "instructor" at wolf gym so here's hoping that it's not a as bad as last thursday and fridays sessions.

start at cheshire martial arts next tuesday so am just marking time for another 8 days or so.

got beasted properly at wolf gym so with the new instructor and he pushed me again which i really loved so am going back - might stick with this instructor for a bit

on the way home tonight some guy was riding his bike a bit too fast along the pavement and he crossed straight in front of me and i inadventantly gave the bike a "good right knee" and the guy riding the bike got a "good left elbow" - lol and i've only got a few scrapes and just walked off with some kid asking me if i was ok afterwards

you just gotta love muay thai
