English - 1st language.
Russian - It is surprising how much you lose when you don't use it. I grew up with mostly Russian friends (Over 1000 immigrated to our area and I taught English to the kids.) I spoke it fluently. I haven't used it in 15 years and hardly remember anything.
Spanish - Took it in College. Again, hardly remember.

It reminds me of the saying:
What do you call a person who speaks 3 languages - Trilingual
What do you call a person who speaks 2 languages - Bilingual
What do you call a person who speaks 1 language - American

Dutch- primary language

English- second language

French- I am learning but I know enough to hold a simple conversation

English is my primary language. Was pretty decent at German while I lived there, but I know that's gone down hill. OK at Spanish. Had some training in Arabic but that was years ago and has fallen to disuse. Still can pick out some stuff in it though.

English. Had Spanish in middle and high school, don't speak a lick of it.

English is my first language. I speak passable Spanish, largely because of my job and interacting with customers in Latin America. I speak some Japanese but not as well as I used to be able to speak it.

I'd like to learn some Pilipino, now that I am training in the FMA's. :)

Living in a large city like the one I do, I speak Spanish, I speak French due to my back ground as well, and obviously English.

I speak English (It's my native tongue, & stuff:ultracool ), a very little bit of Spanish & Korean & a bit of ASL (signed English, really).

The signing comes from a gal I dated who was a deaf interpreter. I learned a lot & had some neat experiences in that culture that few hearing folks even knows exists.

Romanian is my first language, but i speak English also (obviusly)

Sweet :) I'm working on Romanian. My wife is from there.

I've smattered in a few languages. Not very good at any of them unfortunately. Took a little Spanish, Hebrew, Chinese. Ideally I'd love to master Romanian.

English - my main language

Portuguese - i live there

some spanish and italian (similar enough to portuguese)

I also know a few words of german, japanese, Afrikkans, Arabic and Hebrew

The japanes i used to ause in aikido classes.........the rest from friends.....mostly swear words i think
