No one should talk to the press unless they want their comments all twisted around to where you can't tell what they really mean! It happens all the time -- statements are taken out of context and all.
Right. I don't blame anyone who doesn't wish to talk to the media!
while i don't know to what degree this applies to the media, sometimes, or technically speaking, critisism could even be positive, even really positive if helpful in some way.
I don't know why the press is whining, Ms. Clinton has never really been in the front light of the press even during her father's presidency. I think she replied to the young interviewer appropriately and kindly. I believe her parent's were very diligent in shielding her. What on earth would make her talk now?
I have had to talk to the press on a few occasions in my previous career. Not only did they never miss quote me they never quoted me at all. Of course my statements to them were “Please Leave” “You’re not allowed in here, please leave” and “Obviously you don’t understand the meaning of closed session, please leave”
