Cheap Shameless Thread

I placed first. woot woot! I only had two fights, but one of em was this girl I was hoping to get to fight again. She is a blackbelt, and beat me the first time we fought. I beat a blackbelt!!!! A brownbelt, too, but thats not nearly as cool as the blackbelt. Especially considering how overwhelmed I felt the first time we fought in march. My first fight I won 5-0, the second fight, 5-1.

Now I have to wait 6 (six!) weeks for the next tournament. Damn!

EDIT:1300th post in this thread!!!

That's awesome Sam! Good for you. :partyon:

Congralations, Sam - sounds like a good time was had by all!

OK, I need to brag about my cooking. Last night I made steaks, with a sauce consisting of brandy, beef bouillon, mushrooms, onions, garlic, and feta cheese. And once again, it was a big hit... :supcool:

I believe we're going out to dinner. :p
If anyone would like to try the recipe, I found it here, at epicurious.com, which is a great resource for cooking. The original calls for bleu cheese, but my gf doesn't care for it, so I substitute feta.
