hello, Thanks for you comments and thoughts! I guess we all agree there can be no National Standards and as for children it is a choice of the individual schools and teachers requirements.
In the old days before the 60's a black belt was really something to fear, today with so many black belts giving to all kinds of people, children and requirments, it has loss it's meaning. Off course this is not for every school or persons.
