While head of the CDK or shortly after he was gone as head depending on the timeline you accept GM Son published and ad demoting Gneral Choi and expelling GM Nam Tae Hi and GM Uhm Woon Kyu.

Shortly after the ad was published GM Uhm who was allegedly expelled by GM Son became head of the CDK and remained so for decades and GM Nam remains a respected member.

They may still be active. They certainly were until recently.
