well to make a REALLY long story short...

alomst 8 years ago I lost my grandfather (co-founder of the company i work for), the family fought a little then but not much. then my uncle (other co-founder) passed away this passed Halloween and now my family is up in arms. Some want to the company prosper but a few are only in it for the money and now my family is being ripped apart and Im loosing my job.

i wish we could but it is worth to much money for anyone person to buy it out except for the majority share holder (my grandmother) and she wants to sell it to stop all the fighting

Have you tried to go to the bank and take out a small business loan for it. Maybe that is an option. Hope everything works out.

that is an option but i dont know what the limit is. The company is worth in excess of 10mill so....yea

If you have docrumentation then it will pretty easy getting a loan. I hope it goes well for you.
