Living large as always and just hanging out.
Today I am hitting the Kettle Bells in about fifteen minutes. Then off to manage the wife's practice for a bit. Then home to train and then finally I have to interview someone for a position at practice. Then picking up the kid's and running them around and finally teaching. So I have the usual rigmarole planned today of running here and there.
Yes those kid's keep me hoping. However you have the goats and other animals to keep you busy.
