Doing great, lets see I have my computer bugged when the word post whore comes from Martial Talk it is time to come on and say hello.

Doing great here as well. It is truely great to be back home here in Michigan. Salmon season is just around the corner and I plan on putting a bunch in the freezer. Have the smoker set to go as well.

Well it is a hot (for us anyway) afternoon, so I hear the beach calling our names. Another reason it is so nice to be back. A short drive and clean, clear Lake Michigan with miles of sugar sand beach. Plus the Ruffians can wade out 60 or 70 feet from shore and still be in only 3' of water with a solid sand bottom.

Not too bad. Took a few days off from workouts. We picked up four new students this week. We need to do that every week. How about with you?
