Doing great, I have my wife Grandfather funeral today at 2 pm, but all in all good.

P.T. at 2PM. Otehrwise, my son is out of town on a 4H trip so my wife and daughter and I are just hanging out. We may go to the bookstore later.
More PT and I love taking the family to the bookstore, get a great cup of Java and a great book and read will the kids find everything to entertain themself.
I don't drink coffee! I never have--I've never even tasted it apart from coffee ice cream or the like (really).
Have a smoothie then at amyrate bookstore are fun, well at least for us they are.
We feel the same way!

Yeah, I actually have to go into the office today. Skipped the black belt workout. Seem to be on a bit of a downer the past day or so.
How come everything OK? Do I need to come out there and light a fire under your butt?
