It seemed rather short. I closed my eyes, then the next thing I knew I was having to get up for a workout.
Yes I had a great workout this AM and I feel great. I was a walking shower, I was wearing a thermol suit though the entire workout. Man I was so wet and actually lost 7.2 lbs., I know all water wieght and I will probaly put 90% back on but it felt great.

Home short night at the school, leaving in the morning for National. Here comes Madisn Wisconsin, I wonder if they are ready for us.
Saw "Wanted" tonight...fast-paced enough to keep your attention, but overall I can't recommend it.
