Wasn't too bad. Slept pretty good after three workouts yesterday. It's been pretty warm here the last couple of days.
Yea I saw that you are having a heat wave or for another word global warming at it best.

Hey, I have nothing but class ... yeah, yeah, but it's not always good.
took my son to Indy, then came back and went out for lunch with my wife...now thinking about turning off the computer due to thunder and lightning in teh area.
Afternoon all and goodbye we have plans for the rest of the day, right on sleeping.
Severe rainstorm and brief power outage, followed by a longer Internet outage (!)...now I'm back.
I haven't been in here in a while - figured this was a good place for my 2000th post! woo hoo!
Congrats Craig on the milestone, keep posting and one day you will grow up to ne a post whore.
