My nephew opened up a huge gash in his thigh with a power saw at his construction job...should be back to work in 3 weeks though.

Not too much, Terry ... trying to get through another Friday. I'm on a plateau as far as weight loss goes, so that ain't good. Oh well, I'll renew on Monday.

Yea I was on that for two weeks, this week I lost only three pounds but it is back to loosing and that is what counts.
