When reading through the threads, next to the "Quote" button is the new "Thanks" button. This is supposedly a way to tell someone that you like the post, without having to REP them.
If you like a post, click on the Thanks button, that's all there is to it.

LOL ... OK, well, back to the school for me. Some students wanted a class tonight and I've always said if one wants a class, we'll have it.

That is where I am, we had only two show up at 6 pm but I am an instructor so if they want to train I am here. My fight team comes in at 7 pm and they will be here because of National in only 30 days and they know you must train to be able to win.
