In My Experience, You can light contact Spar with an Office Chair.
Just... say some files are being converted to a different format or something, and beat that chair up!
Pro tip: If You aim for the middle back, itll make less noise, and probably wont damage the chair!
I finished Training on Tuesday. Its now 2am, Wednesday.
