He's a 72 year old Hispanic man... got his 1st Dan while stationed in Korea, training under our KJN. Moved back, helped KJN get into the US and 50 years later is still his student.

It was around 2 years ago and no pics thank goodness, I dropped to my knees and screamed in like half a sec. He just started laughing and walked away.

I made brisket and pulled pork... Hot and fast. Done in less than 7 hours. Friends and neighbors all swear it was good. Pork turned out really good. Brisket could have benefited from some more time on the the smoker..
