good day at TKD ...one of my Master Instructors said she noticed a "significant improvement" in my performance at this year's Black Belt camp over last years - she said I showed a tremendous amount of growth in maturity - both physically and mentally
If it helps, the kdis are sucking up much of my vacation time.
I'm in for the shunning (he writes, from work...).
