First day back to work and I realize I made a big mistake while on vacation…..I should have stayed on vacation and I should have stayed in Toronto.
The absolute worst day, first day back after vacation, ever and I am really sorry I came back.
Usually it takes a month before I am right back to where I started before I left but this hit me first thing this morning

Yeah tomorrow will be my first day back to work since mid June. Im not looking forward to it at all.

..really grateful I went to practice tonight!!! I was able to get rid of the sore muscle feeling after training all weekend at camp!

I didn't go hiking this weekend and I'm feeling stiff from NOT exercising. But I'm taking a half day off to deal with some stupid stuff, maybe I'll be through with the stuid stuff in time to get in a short hike

I hope you can get the hike in!! Whenever non-TKD friends of mine try a new exercise program and then don't do anything after the first day - I feel sorry for them!! - because the next day, they are SO sore and whining!!! - even if I tell them to do SOMETHING the next day....the soreness I know isn't funny, but the whining kind of is....
My Internet is too slow.
