Skipped class today for the first time in 3 years. The serotonin syndrome kicked my butt badly last night.

You never know. Last one I entered had weapons and free sparring divisions for "Black Belt 45+" but I ended up fighting the 30-year olds.

Played coach today, since I'm still not totally up to snuff, but our students did well.
Clean sweep in sparring for intermediate and advanced.
1st and 2nd in Self Defense for intermediate and advanced.
2nd and 3rd for advanced forms.
1st and 3nd for intermediate forms.
1st for beginner forms.

Going to my basement to work on Yang style Taijiquan and Chen style taijiquan and.... I have decided that I need to go back and revisit my yoga in order to strengthen my knees so I will be doing s few postures too.
