You never know. Last one I entered had weapons and free sparring divisions for "Black Belt 45+" but I ended up fighting the 30-year olds.

Mill Meece visit for me - a bit of a minor tradition for us to go there each May 'steaming day' to see the wonderful old engines. Going late as I am not sure how I will hold up without Michelle on my arm - I have a feeling old memories will stir and bring my emotions with them into a public space .

Skipped class today for the first time in 3 years. The serotonin syndrome kicked my butt badly last night.

I'm fine, Suke. It's caused by the carcinoid, and most days it's no big deal. Just occasionally gets ugly.

Recently, a fertilizer factory in Texas exploded (you may have heard...). My youngest daughter attends college in TX and was about 45 miles from there.
Now, she and some folks from her school are going to Kodiak, Alaska. And Mount Pavlof is erupting.

WTF is it with crap exploding around my kid??????
