What makes a Mom special?
She, is the only person in this whole world that will stand by you no matter what. In a mom's eyes you can do no wrong and she will never say "not now" when you need to talk over whatever is on your mind. If ever there was unconditional love, a mom demonstrates it in the best way possable. I know this to be true because I had a mom just like this. This is my first mothers day without my mom. If, you have a mother like the one I mention above, hold her close to your heart, because, she is a gift from God.

Back from lunch with 3 moms; my mom, my wifes mom and my wife.
Still a nice day here but the yard work is done for today. Time to go to the store, buy some fruit, come home, train a little Taiji (Yang, Chen and maybe some Bagua basics) and then do some cooking.

Had a great time with the moms. Now the agenda for the day is swimming in the pool, some yard work and then Survivor Finale!!!

Hurray it’s Monday and I just got my third Cortisone shot this year…happy happy joy joy

It is, this was the right knee, before this was the right shoulder and before that was the left knee.
When the left stopped hurting I noticed the right shoulder and the right knee... I guess they were jealous

Enjoy the day Brain, I don't think I could train much right now anyway, after one of those shots my knee feels like balloon for a few hours. I am hoping to get in some taiji tonight, Yang long form, Chen 18, work on the 13 postures and do some Chansijin (in reverse order of what I jsuts posted
). I will have to wait and see how the knee feels but that is what I am hoping for tonight

No, my fingers is stupid and I typed Brian's name wrong, I would not make fun of Brian. I switch letters all the time, if I posted what I first typed without proof reading you would see a ton of teh and form when it should be from
