Today was one of those days. No really, one of those good days!

Training and watching someone else progress. Then onto the pool for some relaxing fun! Then lazing the day away doing nothing but enjoying it! Finally, I get to cook tonight and guess what I like to cook! Having fun in Las Vegas! It's sinful!

Tonight I am making filet mignion wrapped in bacon. With the filet I have some nice shrimp that I will batter as well as a nice spring style salad! To top it off we have some delicious fresh grapefruit that really is to die for!
