Found out last night that all three children who have harassed and physically bothered one of my students at school are local Tae Kwon Do students. I wonder if they are from the same school?

Very good, long day!! Had Black Belt practice from 8:30 am - 10:30 am, open rank practice 11:30 am - 12:30 pm, helped out at 2 color belt tests from 1 - 3 pm, and have successfully completed my first of 5 keup tests between 1st and 2nd Dan AND did the self-hold break for the first time!!!

was just thinking about how 8 hours of my day was spent at the dojang today and I couldn't be happier about it... I love TKD!!!
