I've got one and even used it for a while. It's good. just used your own body weight to work you out.
Yeah I tried one today. It was pretty cool. Tougher than I thought it would be, but cool. I'm probably going to be real sore today.
Everyone but me is asleep once again. SIGH!

I took the day off for a doctor appointment.
I have not heard from him in a while, do not know why.

Good luck with that. I have the day off as well, but not going to the doctor, although it wouldn't hurt to do so.
I did something to my hip this weekend, it is hurting like hell. Better be safe than sorry.
