oh man talk about sore. I worked out with a BB last night (onyl a blue belt) and am aving trouble walking this morning. 200 hundred kicks, 50 free squats, some forms WOW is all i can sayGoing OK, just getting ready to head over for a BB workout. I'm still very sore from yesterday's workout ... LOL ... guess it's one way, work it out.

Im suprised you could understand that...lol...i seem to be having trouble typing. It was fun and I have had a workout like that since my last test. Me and the BB plan on doing it once a week, Im sure working out like that will help prepare me for my next test which Im sure is soonThat sounds like a good workout, mine consisted of a new form I'm working on using the "horse knife" and some trapping drills ... LOL ... I'm getting older.
