Strategy vs strength. Which is more important?

Well maybe MA did play a part in your encounter, at least the footwork and situational awareness. Glad you avoided getting slugged! He decided to play a stupid game and therefore received a stupid prize.

Hope the wall was okay.

Yeah in hindsight MA definitely helped me mentally in that situation. Maybe the footing as well, as at that time I was a TKD athlete.

I've had my fair share of playing stupid games and winning stupid prizes as well to be fair. Such is life in your twenties abusing the booze.

The wall chose not to press charges.

I.... feel it's a false dichotomy. The people who are more skilful and better strategists also tend to be stronger. In this day and age, a lot of people fall into the trap of thinking that if you're not doing it with a barbell then it isn't strength training and that simply isn't true. Repeatedly throwing people around will make you stronger every bit as much as a heavy squat.

Ignore list time... One last thing to say to you tenhands, if you persist in being a complete pain in the fundament, I can't see you learning anything useful or making any friends here. You need to simmer down and grow up. A British (Welsh, actually) citizen has just been as polite as possible to you under the circumstances. That is a major red flag.

Oh dear, dear, dear...
